Terms of Service

A booking is confirmed once we send you a written confirmation with the date, time window, and service type. Arrival windows are estimates; we'll notify you if our team is delayed.

Prices shown on our website are estimates based on typical home sizes. Final pricing is confirmed before the service begins and may be adjusted if the space is significantly larger or in worse condition than described. Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise.

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or lock-outs where our team cannot access the property, are charged 50% of the service fee.

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property, including keys, codes, or parking arrangements. Please secure valuables, cash, and fragile items before the visit.

Our teams do not move heavy furniture, clean exterior windows above ground level, handle biohazards or mould remediation, or provide pest control. Additional tasks can be arranged in advance for an extra fee.

If you're unhappy with any part of your clean, tell us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the affected areas at no charge. Refunds are considered case by case where a re-clean isn't practical.

SparkleClean is insured and bonded. We take care in every home, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items that were already loose, unstable, or improperly installed. Report any damage within 48 hours so we can investigate.

Clients agree not to hire SparkleClean staff directly for private cleaning work during their employment with us and for 12 months afterwards.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that service.
